Fairmount Christian Church

FOREVER YOUNG is a unique ministry for some of the most unique people in our church family. This ministry is intended for those who are age 55 and older and is open to all participants and friends of the Fairmount Christian Church.

The purposes of FOREVER YOUNG are to contribute to the well-being of its members and to provide incentives to enjoy active and purposeful living. Members are encouraged: to participate in Christian fellowship, community life, and service to those in need; to develop and enjoy creative and recreational activities; and to develop brotherly love.

FOREVER YOUNG meets regularly at Fairmount Christian Church on the third Tuesday of each month from 10:30 am until 12:00 noon. There is a covered dish meal every month unless the members decide to eat out. We also take several trips a year to sites and events that are of interest to our members. 

There is even a FOREVER YOUNG CHOIR that meets at 1:30 pm on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the Music Suite. If you like to sing and enjoy good old gospel songs, join us. This group performs at churches, retirement homes and nursing homes.

You can become a part of FORVER YOUNG simply by attending one of the regularly scheduled meetings. There is a suggested annual donation of $10.00 which is used to help cover the costs of programs/entertainment, lunches for our special guests/bus drivers, memorial contributions, and supplies as needed.
