Description
Greeters provide a friendly welcome and first impression to all persons as they enter into our church building for worship services. Church membership is not required for this role. A one-time orientation and training is required. Service commitment is one Sunday morning per month.
Frequency
Once a month for a one year term (September - August)
Service Times Available
- Sundays: 8:15-8:40 a.m., 9:15-9:40 a.m., 9:45-10:10 a.m., and 10:45-11:10 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Greeting people when they come into the church.
- Handing out bulletins.
- Smiling, introducing yourself and asking the names of people you don’t recognize.
Requirements
- Membership of Fairmount Christian Church status: Member / Active Attender / No requirement
