 When people walk through the front door of Fairmount, what do they see? Do they see brick walls and closed doors or do they see a smiling face and a welcoming hand? We are looking for people who will devote time on Sunday mornings to welcoming and helping everyone who walks through the front door. Whether they be a lifelong attendee or a first-time visitor, we want everyone to feel welcome.

Description
Greeters provide a friendly welcome and first impression to all persons as they enter into our church building for worship services. Church membership is not required for this role. A one-time orientation and training is required. Service commitment is one Sunday morning per month.

The Greeters Team Leader recruits, trains and manages the volunteers serving as Greeters. The Greeters Team Leader will work closely with the ministry staff member responsible for the First Impressions Ministry. Church membership is required.

Guest reception attendants provide a friendly welcome to first time guests following our worship services. They provide pertinent information about the church, receive contact information from first time guests and invite those guests back to Fairmount. Church membership is not required.

Description
The Guest Reception Coffee Cup Preparer is responsible for preparing the coffee cups that are given to our 1st time guests at the Guest Reception tables. The replenishment and preparation of cups is generally a once a month occurrence. Church membership is not required. This volunteer role can be performed at home.
