How can your role be described? The Big Events Team Member will work with its team to plan and carry out children’s ministry big events. Organizational and people skills are a great plus. Church membership is not required for this role.

What are the available times to serve? On-going
How will you serve? You will be responsible for the following:
- Help plan and carry out events such as: Fall Kick-off, Fall Family Festival, Journey to Jesus, Family Skate Night, Box-Car Drive-In, Parent-Child Events, and the children’s portion of Spring Fair
- Meet with your team to plan and organize these big events
- Volunteer for certain areas of responsibility for each event during planning meetings
- Complete your responsibilities and report back to your team
- Attend and help carry out the big events
- Help clean up and put things away after big events
- Debrief with your team after a big event
What are the requirements to serve in this role?
- Membership of Fairmount Christian Church status: Member / Active Attender / No requirement
- Completed Children’s Ministry Volunteer Application
- Passed background security check

- Name tags to wear during events
