We know many are praying for the terrible situation in Haiti and may be wondering about the status of Fairmount's co-workers in Haiti, especially Leon Dorleans and Luc Aristhene. Haiti Outreach Ministries' Web site has been recently updated with more information on the recovery efforts in Haiti. There is also a Facebook page that is being updated with information as soon as it's available. This page is open to the public and does not require a Facebook account to view. We will also be sending church-wide email with news when we can. If you need to sign up for the email news updates, please call the church office at 559-8070 or send a request via email. You can continue to donate to Haitian relief by making checks out to Fairmount Christian Church and specifying Haiti on the memo line. |

People everywhere need a second chance. No one understands this more than our Creator. His greatest act in history was to die on the cross for us – the ultimate second chance for His creation. This series will begin with that reminder on Easter Sunday and for the next seven weeks, discovering others in Scripture – both Old and New Testaments – who overcame personal obstacles because God gave them a second chance. Each of us will be inspired to take God up on His offer – and we will be challenged to offer that blessing to everyone we know who needs a second chance. |

The Mission and Vision Statements of the Fairmount Christian Church
The mission of the Fairmount Christian Church is to develop followers of Jesus who love God, love people, and introduce the world to Christ.
Vision Emphasis #1: Fairmount will be a church that is Bible-Centered.
- We see Fairmount as a Bible-Centered church where all activities of the church are grounded in sound, Biblical principles.
- We see Fairmount as a Bible-Centered church with a result of transformed lives. This is accomplished when:
